1- Why do i make an account?: (Diamond club member)
In order to purchase online you have to have an account.
- It is free to sign in.
- It will help us recognize our customers to provide better services.
- You will get updated with our latest news and offers online.
- You can claim a discount on your products.
- You will be entitled to our store vouchers.

2- How do I make an account?
If you have never shopped with Antoinesaliba.com, set up a new customer account .If you are an existing Diamond club member, log in using your Email address and password. If you do not have a password or have forgotten it, you can request it again or "contact us".

3- What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, go to log in details and type in your email and press on forgotten password. This link will generate an email reminder to the email address set up in your customer profile. If you have any questions about your password, contact customer service.

4- How do I update the name and/or address on my diamond club membership
If you wish to change your password or any other personal information like address in profile, you have to "contact us" and request a change in your account. We do this for security purposes.



General questions:

1- Is my order information secured online?
You can shop with confidence at antoinesaliba.com. Our payment pages are a 3d secure bank pages. They utilize advanced SSL technology, which encrypt your personal information to help protect card details.

2- How is the retail value determined?
It’s important to know that items on the website are sold per piece; the weight of the products is given in every product page. The weight of any product may vary 10% more or less of the actual weight mentioned. We charge for diamonds, precious stones and gold value in the product; making design and manufacturing fees only.

3- How can I see a product updates on the site?
To receive latest promotions and news, you have to join our diamond club and register in our newsletter, basically sign up only.

4- Why do prices change from time to time online?
Price listed change every time there is a remarkable change in gold or diamond international prices .and Suiss franc in case of Suiss watches.

Orders questions:

1- How can I check the status of my order?
"contact us" and give us your order number, and we will tell you what the status of your order is. And when we ship your product we will provide you the tracking number to track your package.

2- I ordered online can i cancel my order?
Yes, if you make an order and wish to cancel at any point, make sure you "contact us" after a maximum of 3 days from the order date and before we send you the package

3- I ordered last week, why did Antoinesaliba.com reject order?
Yes, we have rights to cancel any order in the following cases:
a- Billing address does not match the credit card holder address.
b- If the customer makes an order to a country that prohibits import of gold. "Contact us" if you have doubt about your country.



Payment options:

1- What are the payment options on antoinesaliba.com?
We have Visa/master credit card secure payment pages, also you can pay via bank transfer. For any other arrangements like: western union, checks. For other options of payment please contact our customer service . Note: your order will not be processed unless you payment is received and verified.

2- What currencies do you accept?
Antoinesaliba Jewelry store displays the product prices in US dollars. All currencies can be accepted

3- Do you charge sale's Tax on orders?
We do not charge anything else than the amount you see in the check out page. But if you are ordering to overseas you might have to pay customs when you receive the product for clearance (very rare).



Shipping orders:

1- Can I make an international order?
Yes, you can order from anywhere and any part of the world, but make sure that the country you are ordering to do not ban the import of gold jewelry.

2- How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on UPS international shipping and the weight of merchandise, because we use an insured method of shipping and door to door service, click here to view rates

3- How much time it takes to receive an order?
It will takes 3 days to receive verification on your credit payment or money transfer and about 7 days to progress and manufacture your goods; usually it takes maximum of 18 days to deliver the jewelry. Note, public holidays and working pressure season may delay orders 2 to 3 days extra. If you need more information or wish to receive your order on a particular date, make sure you "contact us" before making the order, and specify the item codes you wish to purchase.

4- How can I track my order?
Once your order is sent to you, we will send you an Email with your order information and the tracing number, which you can view on UPS international web page.

5- Can I request express delivery?
Yes. We only ship via UPS express service when orders are made from outside Lebanon.

6- How do I ship a package to a friend?
Yes you can put your friend's shipping address as long as the billing address is yours, please make sure the billing address is the payee address for credit card verification procedure.

7- Can I ship my order to a PO Box address?
For security reasons the items must be delivered door to door, Orders to PO box numbers with no specific locations are subject to cancellation.



Return goods:

1- Do you return an item i purchased before?
Yes, but it must be unused and must not pass 29 days after receiving the item. Please read our return policy.

2- How do I return an item?

3- Can I exchange an item i purchased?
Unfortunately you can not exchange the item once you have purchased it, but you can return it only and then purchase the item you want, note that all returns are subject to the returning fees.

4- When should I expect to receive credit for my return?
Once we receive the returned stock we will progress your refund within 2 working days, and the rest of the time will be the bank progress which may take about 6 days, just make sure you send the jewelry safely and unused via an express service to our location. And of course your bank name, account number, swift code


Discount & vouchers:

1- Can i get a discount?
In every product page you can see item clearance in the rank tool on the top, the discount of any product is viewed in red color. you can also request a discount based on an item you wish to buy.

2- Can i return an item i bought on discount?
Yes, but the return will be same value as you have paid on bill minus the restocking fees, read about returns.
